ABOUT ROXBORO VALLEY ASSOCIATION (RVA)

In 2010 the Roxboro Valley Association will celebrate 50 years of providing its membership with a wonderful place to swim, play tennis and socialize with friends. RVA has steadily grown from its beginning and since 2000, has been at its maximum 250 family capacity. Our wait list currently exceeds 50 families or a little more than two years based upon historical turnover

RVA enjoys a park-like setting on 5 wooded acres within the thriving and vibrant Pine Hills neighborhood. Located just SE of Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza, our membership is drawn from Pine Hills and Sarah Rawson Smith Elementary school district.

Roxboro Valley offers a 25 meter, 6 lane, heated pool with high and low dive; baby pool; picnic pavilion; children's playground; snack/concessions; changing and shower facilities; and lighted tennis courts. The pavilion area is available for parties and the club has an active social calendar including events such as; holiday parties, dinner and a movie, poker night, Kindergarten-get-together and pre-school play dates.

The pool opens on weekends beginning in late April and is open daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day, closing the end of September. During the summer the pool is available beginning at 6am for early morning unguarded adult swim and then daily from 10am to 9pm. Our swim team is the Roxboro Sharks with over 120 kids between the ages of 6 and 18.
